1.Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel an order before we begin processing and preparing the order for shipment.
• Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we reserve the right not to accept cancellation requests.
• For custom-made, made-to-order, or specially requested products, orders cannot be canceled after payment has been completed.

2.Returns

As our products are handmade, slight variations in print placement, color, fabric texture, or other details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade production process and are not considered defects.
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The customer receives an incorrect item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is damaged during shipping.

Customers must notify us and provide supporting photographs within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.Refunds

If, after review, we determine that the product qualifies for a return under this policy, we will issue a refund through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. In most cases, refunds are completed within 7–14 business days.

4.Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Dissatisfaction with a product that matches the description provided on our website

1.การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

• ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ก่อนที่ทางร้านจะเริ่มดำเนินการจัดเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อจัดส่ง
• เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อได้รับการจัดเตรียม จัดแพ็ก หรือจัดส่งแล้ว ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
• สำหรับสินค้าที่สั่งผลิตตามความต้องการของลูกค้า (Custom Made, Made-to-Order หรือสินค้าสั่งพิเศษ) ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้หลังชำระเงิน

2.การคืนสินค้า

เนื่องจากสินค้าของทางร้านเป็น Handmade Product อาจมีความแตกต่างเล็กน้อยในเรื่องของตำแหน่งลายพิมพ์ สี หรือรายละเอียดของงาน ซึ่งไม่ถือเป็นข้อบกพร่องของสินค้า ทางร้านรับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

• ได้รับสินค้าผิดจากที่สั่งซื้อ
• สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายจากการผลิต
• สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง

ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาพร้อมรูปถ่ายภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

3.การคืนเงิน

หากทางร้านตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่าสินค้าเข้าเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า ทางร้านจะดำเนินการคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม หรือช่องทางที่ตกลงร่วมกัน
ระยะเวลาในการคืนเงินอาจแตกต่างกันตามผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน โดยทั่วไปใช้เวลาประมาณ 7–14 วันทำการ

4.ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่ง

• กรณีที่ความผิดพลาดเกิดจากทางร้าน ทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งทั้งหมด
• กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการคืนสินค้าด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัว เช่น เปลี่ยนใจ เลือกสินค้าไม่ตรงกับความต้องการ หรือสั่งผิด ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนสินค้า
